some item to increase burst point gain? or make iburst point purchasable from the consumable shop

Boots are a no no. Adding too many items like that will make the game imbalanced, not fun and not competitive as it should be treated more as a top view FPS game than a RPG or Dota like game.

As for increasing burst point, the item is going to be nerfed in the new version to be more of a utility skill than a 1 hit kill ability.
